Reyna Houston, founder of Los Cabos Properties was born in Mexico, she speaks fluent English and Spanish, fully bilingual and bicultural, 60% French, an avid golfer, Reyna likes fishing and travelling, she lived and studied in London England, Bournemouth, Portmouth and Southsea as well as in Mexico City and Monterey California. Reyna attended Monterey Peninsula College and the Monterey Institute of International Studies while working as a linguist teaching Sociolinguistics
Area studies and Spanish for 8 years in Monterey, California
Reyna has lived in Los Cabos for 17 years. 17 years ago she set up the first successful Property Management and Vacation Rental Company in the area. She is also the first woman to own a real estate company in the area, with a clientele that is 98% Americans and Canadians.
Reyna comes from a family with the largest Real Estate connections and network in Mexico City, maiden name Lomelin is associated with Real Estate, her cousins own AE Lomelin and Colliers-Lomelin which are seen in almost all of the Commercial and high-end Residential marketing of properties in Mexico City.
Our company has a large network of clients and prospects including Mexican Developers from all over Mexico, interested in investments in Los Cabos and the Baja Peninsula in general, as well as a vast clientele for hotel sites from different US hotel chains and high-end residence clubs. |
