Harriet Cochran Murray
On summer break from teaching school, I was offered a job helping people build their homes on a lake east of Dallas. It was exciting to show the views, develop concepts with the Buyers and watch building progress. That was 25 years ago, and school never saw me again! It took me years to learn the facets of this business: markets, mortgages, values, construction, and the Main Ingredient - people- no two Buyers are alike. These past experiences are invaluable in the Mexican Real Estate Market. People from all over the World are here seeking the same thing - a Special Place to Live, whether full-time or just on holidays. Real estate is still challenging, still a mixture of Art & Science.
