Mexico Bonito Realty
Was started as a convenience to Cholla Bay cabin owners in "Ramon & Patty's" store around 1985, with me Patricia Perez working out of the store. Then my friends in Puerto Peñasco asked my help in town with the sale of their properties.
So, I moved my office to town. With a rented office space, desk and phone, I then put up my sign and promised that we will do everything possible to see that the buyers and sellers shall be protected to the best of our ability.
By the grace of God and a lot of hard work, I feel that my office personnel and I can now serve you the way you should be served with honesty & integrity. You can be sure that we will do everything possible to see that the buyers & sellers shall be protected to the best of our ability.
We will also help you with you FM3 (needed by non-residents to live in Mexico) and any other translations you may need. We also have bill paying services. This means we can set up accounts so your monthly bills will be promptly paid while you are back in the States.
We have homes, businesses, commercial properties and lots. Something reasonable for all.
Mexico Bonito Realty will be happy to assist you & assure you that the property has a clear title before you buy and that there is a bank trust available. The Mexican government advises all non-residents to either have a bank trust or have their property under a Mexican Corporation (This means if you are running a business from your property). Either way, all legal work will be done by a notary in property transfers, form corporations, foreign investments, will mortgages, financial operations and credit titles. |
